Delivery is free of charge within Germany. Shipping to German islands and abroad is excluded.

Please bring your order confirmation email with you if you choose to pick up your order. All items are normally ready within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Delivery takes place within 1 – 3 working days (Mon.-Sat.).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
